3 buildings with 16 apartments, ranging from 70m2 to 210m2 in size, most of which are newly renovated. There is private parking and a small garden available for tenants in the courtyard. The building is situated 150m from Hellerup Station, 800m from Rygaards International School and 500m from Strandvejen, with it’s shopping area and beach front.
WASTE
Our building is committed to a waste management program. Please ensure you sort your garbage into the relevant bins. The pictures on every bin serves as a good reminder. A common mistake is to put used pizza boxes in the cardboard bin...they go in the residual waste bin. Follow link below for more
BULKY WASTE
Furniture, carpets, white goods etc. are picked up every TUESDAY in uneven weeks (week 1, 3, 5….).
IMPORTANT: the waste can be placed on the sidewalk outside Ordrupvej 141, at the earliest, on Mondays at 18.00 before a pick-up TUESDAY. If that is not possible, then please refrain from doing it and contact us for another solution.
BIKES
We have a bike shed and roofed bike rack in the backyard behind 52a. Please park your bikes there, otherwise they might be moved.
