Situated in leafy, suburban, calm Charlottenlund our building is comprised of 28 apartments, mostly newly renovated, ranging from 43m2 to 88m2. There is a large exclusive courtyard with bicycle parking, a free laundromat for tenants and a small garden.
Charlottenlund station is a 7 min. bike ride away, Fortet Beach Front 10 min and Bernsdorff Parken 2 min. Supermarkets are all within walking distance, the nearest some 400m. All in all, it’s a calm and cozy area with a variety of shopping outlets.

LAUNDRY
You are welcome to use the common laundry facilities, which is free and exclusive for our tenants. We have a separate building in the courtyard where the laundry room can be easily accessed 24/7. We have 2 industrial size washing machines and 2 tumble dryers. Presently, there is no time slot system so usage is by ‘first come, first served’. In order to keep that flexibility, we request tenants to do their washing and drying in a timely manner.
WASTE
Our building is committed to a waste management program. Please ensure you sort your garbage into the relevant bins. The pictures on every bin serves as a good reminder. A common mistake is to put used pizza boxes in the cardboard bin...they go in the residual waste bin. Follow link below for more
BULKY WASTE
Furniture, carpets, white goods etc. are picked up every FRIDAY in uneven weeks (week 1, 3, 5….). IMPORTANT: the waste can be placed on the sidewalk outside Ordrupvej 141, at the earliest, on Thursdays at 18.00 before a pick-up FRIDAY. If that is not possible, then please refrain from doing it and contact us for another solution.
BIKES
We have a bike rack in the courtyard, situated close to the laundry room. Please park your bikes in the bike rack.
